RETURN POLICY

 

Thanks for shopping with us! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Refunds and exchanges apply to regular priced items only. Sale items cannot be returned and are yours to keep.

 

RETURNS

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in its original packaging.

 

EXCHANGES

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged – and with the same item as originally ordered. If you need to exchange an item, send an email to bliss21@telus.net to discuss next steps in the exchange process. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

REFUNDS

 

Please be advised that prior authorization is required to process a return. Any returns sent to us without a Return Authorization Number cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Beyond Bliss Spa. Please email us at bliss21@telus.net to discuss your return.

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit with a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

SHIPPING

 

To return your product, you mail your product to: Beyond Bliss Spa & Suites, 4555 Marine Ave, Powell River, BC V8A 2K5

 

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
